Wedding & Event Policy
A non-refundable 50% booking deposit are required to reserve your event date. The booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. Any additional payments made beyond the retainer are refundable if the event is canceled more than 30 days in advance. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are fully non-refundable.
In the case of severe weather, venue closure, or another circumstance outside either party’s control, Florals by Caroline will first work with you to reschedule. Any refund or credit will be determined after completed work and nonrecoverable expenses have been deducted.
Bespoke Arrangement Policy
Full payment is required to confirm your order. Cancellations or delivery-date changes must be requested at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
Orders canceled within 7 days of delivery may be non-refundable once flowers, vessels, or specialty materials have been purchased. Severe weather may require delivery to be rescheduled to the earliest safely available date.
